This is because customizations like mold adjustments, logo printing setups, or specialized components require initial production preparations, and a slightly higher volume helps optimize these costs for you.

This is because these products are based on our existing production lines, so we can start manufacturing quickly once the order is locked in.

For customized orders (with logo printing, unique colors, special port layouts, or tailored packaging), the lead time is generally 4–6 weeks. This accounts for pre-production steps like design finalization, sample approval (if needed), setup for custom tools (e.g., logo printing plates or color mixing), and adjusting production lines to match your specifications. This includes raw material testing (for components like wires, sockets, and circuit breakers), in-line production checks (to verify assembly accuracy and function), and final pre-shipment testing (for electrical performance, load capacity, and compliance with international standards like CE, UKCA, ETL, SASO or RoHS, depending on your target market). We also maintain ISO 9001 certification in our factory to standardize quality management.

As for the warranty period: We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty wiring, socket malfunctions) that may arise under normal use.
